Board Members in attendance; Jennalee Garcia Montero, Skyla Boivin, Julie Bowman, Nicole Hryciw, Jenny Grimaldi

Meeting held to announce that Julie Taylor has resigned from her role as Treasurer. Per our by-laws, someone needs to fill the role. Skyla is willing to step into the role of treasurer and will split duties for the remainder of the year with Nicole.

If everyone agrees;

Skyla will do reimbursements and check the treasurer email account.
Nicole will do the banking and reconciliations.
Skyla and Nicole will work together over the next few weeks to look over everything that has been done thus far and ensure that everything is updated and as it should be.

Vote for Treasurer- unanimous approval

Next steps for this transition:

Julie Taylor needs to be taken off of the bank account. Nicole and Skyla are going to On Point and will take care of this.
They will go through Money Minder to get transactions reconciled
Taxes are due today and have not been done, but the thought is that there may not be a late penalty.

We discussed roles and duties within the board and how we will support each other. All questions were addressed.
