LPSG/Lincoln Neighborhood Grant Proposal submission form

Every year, the LNA (Lincoln Neighborhood Association) gives a $500 grant to Lincoln area schools, alternating each year between Discovery Middle School and Lincoln Elementary. The grant is given to the LPSG in even years for Lincoln Elementary with the assumption that 6-12 Lincoln parent/staff volunteers will help at the Easter Egg hunt at Lincoln (typically the Saturday before Easter).

The LPSG is currently soliciting proposals for the grant. Jason Seybold, the President of the LNA, has stipulated that the grant is not to be restricted to any specific department or group within Lincoln Elementary. The LNA is expecting “competing grant proposals” from a variety of people at Lincoln. Once the LPSG submits all proposals, the LNA committee will then select the proposal of their choosing for this year. The grant may go toward one project or may play a part in a bigger project. It may also be split between several projects. All teachers and staff of Lincoln Elementary are eligible and encouraged to submit proposals.
